High-Rise Developer – Innovative Solutions in Challenging Times
The Randall Davis Company has the distinction of having completed more residential condominium projects than any other developer in Texas. Their contemporary and neo-classical high-rise developments, combined with early redevelopment of numerous historic buildings throughout Houston, dot the Texas skyline and gulf coast region.
Andrews Myers, P.C. has represented the Randall Davis Company in connection with several of these condominium developments and other real estate matters since 2008… on the cusp of our nation's more challenging economic times and halting real estate market. It was during this time that construction on the 84-unit "Cosmopolitan" condominium development was completed, and as with similar new-construction projects, numerous unit purchasers were attempting to terminate their pre-construction purchase agreements. Andrews Myers was successful in working with the Randall Davis Company to resolve these real estate disputes and in due time all 84 units were sold. We have also represented Mr. Davis' affiliated partnerships in connection with the 230-unit Sapphire condominium development in South Padre Island, Texas, the 116-unit Diamond Beach condominium development in Galveston, Texas, and many other real estate developments.
