Carl’s practice focuses on advocating for credit managers and accounting departments of general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of commercial and industrial collections related issues including debt collection, creditors’ rights, lien and bond claims and crafting credit guidelines and policy updates. Prior to joining the firm, Carl enjoyed a 23-year career in credit collections in both a corporate and third party capacity, serving most recently as a regional credit manager with Crawford Electric Supply, Inc.  This firsthand knowledge of the industry helps Carl to ensure that clients receive funds and attorneys fees owed to them.
