Hamed Moradi is an employment attorney who represents employers and clients against claims of trade secret and noncompete violations, FLSA collective actions, contractual disputes, and lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining the firm, Hamed worked for a boutique litigation firm where he represented national and local trucking companies in complex and high exposure personal injury cases in both state and federal courts.  He was also a judicial clerk with the 157th District Court in Harris County.
