Drilling Company Case Win

The Firm defended a drilling company against an oilfield service provider's claims for declaratory judgment, breach of contract, fraud, and conversion.  The plaintiff sued under an oilfield-services contract to provide inspection services and equipment to our client for a drilling operation in the Republic of Chad and sought monthly payments and for failing to return certain equipment.  After hearing our client's motion to dismiss, the Court dismissed all of plaintiff's claims.
