Resolution of Houston High-Rise Construction Dispute

Andrews Myers represented the developer of a luxury Houston high rise in complex, multi party construction litigation. The case involved competing claims among the developer, the construction manager, multiple subcontractors, and the condominium owners association.

Claims concerned payment disputes, alleged construction defects, scheduling delays, and the termination of the construction manager. The team defended against payment and defect allegations while prosecuting the developer’s affirmative claims, coordinating discovery, expert work, and trial preparation in a fast moving, multi defendant matter.
