One Bridgeland Green

One Bridgeland Green, a three-story, 49,000-square-foot office building that stands as the first mass timber office structure in the greater Houston area. The building emphasizes biophilic design, integrating natural wood elements, large windows, and outdoor spaces to promote occupant health and wellness. One Bridgeland Green is targeting both LEED Gold and Fitwel certifications. Co-managing shareholder Ben Westcott assisted with the construction contract for this innovative project.
