Bryce Latray advocates for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners in various capacities, including litigation, negotiations, contract review, and appeals. His previous experience as a crew foreman for an industrial services contractor allows him an inside perspective to the unique issues that clients face day-to-day. His bankruptcy practice focuses on creditors’ rights, reorganizations and acquisitions. Bryce joined the firm as a summer law clerk in 2023, after which he went on to mediate various matters with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center, in both Justice of the Peace and Harris County Courts at Law, as a mediator in the UHLC Mediation Clinic. During law school, Bryce was an integral member of several negotiation and mediation teams which garnered recognition and trophies for their many regional and national championships. A natural leader, Bryce served in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantry Squad Leader in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he was responsible for the leadership, development and wellbeing of soldiers during training and overseas combat operations in Afghanistan and led more than 70 combat operations.Construction Attorney - Bryce Latray
