Corporate Attorney - Conner Bourne
Conner Bourne’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and financing. He regularly represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing and disposition of business entities, entity formation and governance, and the preparation of various commercial agreements. He also has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with credit facilities, asset-based lending arrangements, and other secured and unsecured financing transactions.
Conner brings additional perspective from his substantive litigation experience in corporate and commercial disputes, which has sharpened his approach to risk assessment, contract drafting, and the negotiation of complex business transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Conner was a member of the mergers and acquisitions team with a Texas-based boutique corporate law firm.
