Ryan McKee’s construction litigation practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of construction related issues including: construction defects, contract termination, mechanic’s liens, performance and payment bonds, breach of contract disputes, and collections matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his construction law experience, Ryan has business litigation experience handling a variety of complex issues associated with clients in the supermarket and trucking industries. He has argued before multiple district courts throughout the State of Texas, and within Travis County.

Drafted motions and presented oral argument on a wide range of pretrial matters before multiple state district and county courts. Favorable rulings include dismissal of claims against client and compelling discovery from opposing parties

Appeared as second chair and involved in trial proceedings in Travis County District Court

Led and participated in depositions of fact, experts, and party witnesses in construction related litigation
