Overview

Wyatt Hicks’ construction law practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners on a variety of construction related issues including contract disputes, payment disputes, performance and delay claims, construction or design defect claims, lien claims, bond claims, and termination issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Wyatt served as a summer law clerk for the firm’s Austin office in 2025.  During law school, Wyatt was an integral member of several negotiation and trial competition teams, earning finalist honors and advancing from regionals to nationals.
