Andrews Myers represented Panelmatic Electrical Solutions in one of the largest industrial lease agreements in the Houston Metro area in 2025, completing a 10-year lease of a nearly 730,000sf warehouse in North Houston. Panelmatic leased the entire WestPoint 45 distribution center outside the Pinto Business Park in the North Houston District for its new headquarters and primary U.S. production facility. The cross-dock warehouse has 40-foot clear heights, 156 dock-high doors, a 180-foot truck court, and 180 trailer and 460 car parking spaces. Office space for the anticipated 1,000 employees was expanded to about 50,000 square feet.
