Real Estate Fraud Case Win

In the case of 4915 Dumfries, LLC, et al. v. 4141 Group Inc. and Ehud Marciano, attorneys Breton A. Rycroft and Lisa M. Norman secured a significant victory for a group of property owners following a several-week jury trial. The dispute centered on a complex real estate fraud scheme where the defendant was accused of breaching fiduciary duties and mismanaging eleven separate real estate investment vehicles.  Despite the defendant's attempts to shield himself behind corporate entities, Rycroft and Norman successfully convinced the jury to find individual liability against Ehud Marciano. The jury’s verdict held the defendant personally accountable for his fraudulent conduct and the resulting financial damages sustained by the various LLC plaintiffs.
