Man-Camp Lease Dispute Win

The Firm represented the owner of an oilfield man-camp housing facility in suing an oilfield services company for failing to pay amounts due and owing under a lease agreement.  Despite the early termination, the oilfield service company refused to make the early termination payment called for by the agreement. This case involved a written contract that did not reflect the parties’ understanding as developed over years of business dealings. After a three-day bench trial and post judgment briefing, our client obtained a successful settlement.
