Andrews Myers served as legal counsel to DC Partners in connection with the purchase, acquisition, and development of The Residences at The Allen, a 35-story luxury condominium-hotel tower anchoring the first phase of a $290 million mixed-use project overlooking Buffalo Bayou Park. The tower, which integrates 99 high-end condominium residences with a 171-key Thompson Hotel, is nearing completion and has achieved robust pre-completion absorption with only 20 units remaining for sale. Positioned to elevate Houston’s residential and hospitality landscape along the Allen Parkway corridor, the project complements its flagship tower with the adjacent 62,000-square-foot Pavilion at The Allen, featuring a 34,000-square-foot EoS Fitness and forthcoming culinary concepts including Toca Madera and Meduza Mediterrania. Despite broader headwinds in the luxury condominium market, The Residences at The Allen has outperformed, with remaining non-penthouse units starting at $1.8 million and penthouses from $3 million, and initial resident move-ins expected this fall. The broader master plan anticipates additional upscale restaurants, retail, and activated greenspaces across the six-acre site in future phases.
