Andrews Myers’ appellate team has briefed cases in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Fourth, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits and appellate courts across Texas. The group is led by Andrew Bender, Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization a credential held by fewer than one-half of one percent of Texas lawyers and includes Sharon McCally, who served six years as a Justice of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals and six years as judge of Harris County’s 334th District Court.
