Litigation Attorney - Mic Davis

Mic Davis’ law practice focuses on business litigation, where he handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. He also represents contractors and subcontractors in various capacities, including litigation, contract review and negotiations, and appeals. Mic has successfully argued in the trial court and at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals.

At South Texas College of Law, Mic was active with several Moot Court Competitions. He won the 2023 National Championship for the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition in Chicago; he was a finalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition where he argued to the Supreme Court of Texas, and he was also the 2022 Regional Champion at the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Washington D.C.

His legal acumen is complemented by previous experience as a legislative policy analyst with both the Texas Juvenile Justice Department and Texas State Senate.
