• Represented a turbine field services provider on critical rotating-equipment maintenance services for a global chemical manufacturer's industrial facilities across the United States.
• Represented a subcontractor on the construction of a military water storage facility in the central Pacific region.

EPC and Industrial Projects

• Represented a global industrial services provider on contractual risk assessment, customs compliance, and project delivery matters relating to offshore piping systems for an energy infrastructure project in Turkey.
• Represented a global specialty petrochemicals manufacturer on commercial and procurement matters involving the fabrication and supply of specialized piping assemblies for a petrochemical plant.
• Represented an industrial insulation contractor on a strategic teaming arrangement with a global heat-tracing provider for the delivery of integrated industrial construction services.
• Represented an industrial insulation contractor on a long-term master subcontract agreement with a national energy and utility infrastructure contractor.

Midstream Infrastructure

• Represented an industrial insulation contractor on a long-term services agreement with an engineering, procurement, and fabrication contractor serving the midstream oil and gas sector.
• Represented a contractor on a master services agreement supporting field services and equipment supply for a midstream natural gas operator.

Public Sector & Infrastructure

• Represented a county governmental entity on the development of a $140 million, 210,000-square-foot public convention center.
• Represented a Houston-area municipal utility district on a $6.7 million stipulated-sum contract for the construction of an 11,000-square-foot administration and community facility.
• Represented a Houston-area master-planned development district on a design-build agreement for the construction of a pedestrian bridge.
• Represented a joint venture developer on public airport terminal development projects in Houston and Dallas.
• Represented public facility corporations on affordable housing developments undertaken pursuant to the Texas Public Facility Corporation Act.
