Chambers USA 2023 Recognizes AM in Construction Law With Six Individual Attorney Rankings

HOUSTON, TX (June 1, 2023) —  Andrews Myers is consistently recognized among the best in client and peer-reviewed industry awards and rankings, and the 2023 edition of Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business continues this trend. Chambers announced Andrews Myers as once again having a top construction law practice in Texas, awarding it an elite “Band One” rating, and recognized six AM attorneys within the practice group.

This will be the 19th consecutive year that the construction law practice group at Andrews Myers has been named one of Texas’ best.

The firm assisted ProEnergy in filing liens on both projects and initiating a demand for arbitration against the power plant owners to recover amounts owed for change orders, substantial contract milestone payments, and attorneys’ fees, costs, and interest. In total, claims between the two parties exceeded $20 million.
