Andrews Myers Elects Two New Shareholders in Houston: T. Josh Judd and Lisa Norman
HOUSTON, TX (January 1, 2019) — Andrews Myers is pleased to announce the addition of two new Shareholders to the firm’s Houston office, T. Josh Judd and Lisa Norman, both seasoned litigators in the Gulf Coast region.
T. JOSH JUDD – Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Josh Judd’s areas of expertise include bankruptcy and reorganization, commercial law, securities fraud, debt collection, creditors’ rights and partnership and corporate governance disputes. A first chair trial attorney, he represents clients such as multi-family developers, retail shopping centers, manufacturing companies, upstream oil and gas firms, contractors, lenders and healthcare providers in both federal and state bankruptcy courts.
Josh handles all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations and regularly advises lenders on loss mitigation. In addition to his bankruptcy and litigation work, he also has experience in preparing loan and financing documents for national lending institutions in the automotive industry.
Josh received his Juris Doctor degree from University of Houston Law Center and Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University.

LISA NORMAN – Lisa Norman is a skilled commercial litigator with extensive jury and bench trial experience in both Texas state courts and federal courts. Her practice centers on all aspects of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial bankruptcy, contract disputes and construction defects.
Lisa’s commercial bankruptcy practice focuses on creditors’ rights and acquisitions within the bankruptcy context. She represents an array of clients from financial institutions to construction contractors and suppliers in all aspects of business litigation, both as a plaintiff and a defendant, and as a creditor in bankruptcy proceedings, ensuring property and financial interests are adequately protected, lien priority positions are retained, and the recovery of the maximum allowed by law is handled efficiently.
An active member and speaker in the Southwest Chapter of the National Association of Credit Management, Lisa received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Houston Law Center and Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
