Litigation Attorney - Garrett Gray

Garrett Gray represents commercial clients and corporate entities in many types of general business litigation matters. He also advocates for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners in various capacities, including litigation, negotiations, contract review, and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm as a summer law clerk in 2022, Garrett served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and also worked as a research assistant to Professor Elaine Carlson while in law school, focusing on Texas Civil Appellate Procedure.

Garrett received both the Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy by the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section, and the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award by South Texas College of Law Houston, in 2023.

In addition, Garrett recently received a prestigious one-year term judicial clerkship with the Honorable Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas, which will commence September 2024.
