Construction Lawyer - Paul Goldenberg

Paul Goldenberg has spent the last 21 years trying cases and focusing on all aspects of construction law. He works with his clients from the beginning of a project to ensure that his client’s contract protects them against disputes that may arise during the project. If a dispute arises, Paul has extensive experience litigating construction disputes, resolving those disputes and, when necessary, trying that case to conclusion. He has obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts and arbitration awards, and upheld those results on appeal.

Paul serves as the outside general counsel for contractors, engineers, and architects, assisting them in managing their risk profile and handling all types of issues and disputes, including claims involving construction and design defects, delays, non-payment, lien and bond claims, sovereign immunity, and contract termination. Paul also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating all types of project agreements including design, construction management, design-build, and subcontract agreements.

Paul has been recognized as a leading construction lawyer in the state as a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly.
