Trial Attorney - John Coselli
John Coselli is a litigator whose practice focuses on resolving construction, real estate, and business disputes. He represents owners, property managers, developers, contractors, and suppliers in cases involving construction defects, project delays, payment disputes, lease violations, fraudulent transfers, liens, landlord-tenant issues, and other contract claims.
John has also spent years litigating a diverse range of general civil matters in State and Federal Courts, including partnership disputes, valuation disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and other complex claims affecting businesses and individuals. He has represented restaurant groups, automotive companies, physicians, healthcare companies, real estate companies, marketing agencies, software companies, communications companies, executives, employees and high-net-worth individuals.
In every case, John works to achieve client objectives through strategic decision making, leveraged opportunity, and timely execution. He firmly believes in evaluating each case as a distinct challenge and working collaboratively with the client to set clear goals and make informed, actionable decisions. Although litigation is not always the appropriate path, John routinely represents clients in courts throughout the state where he is a proven advocate before judges and juries.
Prior to joining Andrews Myers, John practiced commercial litigation at a national, AMLaw 100 firm and also served as in-house counsel to one of the largest real estate companies in Houston.
