Overview
Rahul Rao advocates for and advises our clients in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment, and construction litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, and small and mid-sized companies in a variety of construction, employment, and business-related disputes. Rahul’s construction litigation practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of construction related issues including: contract termination, mechanic’s liens, breach of contract disputes, and collections matters through litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm as a summer law clerk in 2021, Rahul also served as a summer intern for the Honorable Mike Engelhart in the 151st Harris County District Court.
