Jason Spencer Admitted to the American Arbitration Association’s National Roster of Construction Neutrals from Texas.

HOUSTON, TX – Jason Spencer has been admitted to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) National Roster of Construction Neutrals from Texas. Jason is one of less than 100 Texas arbitrators serving on the Roster and is qualified to arbitrate under the new 2014 AAA Supplementary Procedures for Fixed Time and Cost Construction Arbitration.
