Paul’s practice is devoted to commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.
Paul was previously an associate attorney at Nathan Sommers Jacobs PC and Werner & Kerrigan LLP, where he specialized in real estate and corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on business formation, mergers and acquisitions and commercial development. He earned his law degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 2004. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rice University in 2001.
