HOUSTON, TX – Tiana DeLeo Dunn has joined the Houston office as Senior Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. Tiana’s real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of all project types across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and oil and gas sectors. Her corporate practice centers on the formation and restructuring of commercial entities including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of business enterprises, the preparation of contracts and the representation of clients in their ongoing business activities.
Prior to joining the firm’s Houston office, Tiana was a partner and head of the real estate practice with Walters Dunn PLLC in Austin, Texas. She will continue to provide counsel in the Central Texas region as well.
Tiana earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law and received her undergraduate degree from University of Florida.
