SENIOR COUNSEL

BRYAN ACKLIN (Houston) Bryan Acklin is a trial lawyer whose practice is devoted to business, employment, and construction matters. Beyond trying over 50 cases to a jury, Bryan has successfully represented clients in bench trials, administrative law hearings, and arbitrations. Bryan has significant experience handling OSHA matters and cases involving trade secrets.

COLBY BINFORD (Houston) Colby Binford’s practice focuses on construction law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, and small and mid-sized companies in a variety of construction and business-related disputes. He has represented clients in over 200 bench trials and multiple jury trials in the course of his career. He also has extensive experience representing national multifamily developers and property management companies with operational disputes.

VID CHITALE (Houston) Ved Chitale is a Board-Certified Labor & Employment attorney focused on advising clients with issues such as discrimination, trade secrets, non-competes, non-solicits, unfair labor practice charges, FMLA leave, wage and hour laws, and worker’s compensation. He also routinely drafts manuals, policies, contracts, and agreements in a manner that best protects his clients’ interests. A significant portion of Ved’s practice involves dealing with government agencies such as the EEOC, the Department of Labor, the NLRB, the DHS, OSHA and even the IRS. Ved has litigated several dozens of cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act, dozens more under the Covenants Not to Compete Act on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, and dozens under the Texas Labor Code and Title VII. BLAIN DONNELL (Houston) Blain Donnell‘s practice primarily focuses on construction litigation, where he advocates for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners in various capacities, including litigation, negotiations, contract claims, contract review, and appeals. Blain has tried cases in arbitration and in trial court. When representing clients, Blain strives to understand their goals to formulate a legal strategy consistent with their objectives.

ELLIOT KUDISCH (Houston) Elliot Kudisch advocates for and advises his clients in employment, commercial litigation, and construction. CONNER BOURNE (Houston) – Conner Bourne’s practice is devoted to commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions. He has represented corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing and disposition of business entities, entity formation, and the preparation of various business transactional agreements. Conner also has substantive litigation experience involving matters related to breach of contract, DTPA claims, and various corporate-related disputes. This afforded him invaluable experience in both representing a diverse set of clients and in spearheading numerous negotiated settlements to client satisfaction.

JOSH CUNNINGHAM (Houston) – Josh Cunningham’s practice is devoted to commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.
