Five AM Lawyers Selected in Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under”
HOUSTON, TX (August 12, 2025) — Benchmark Litigation announced the 10th edition of its “40 & Under List,” naming five Andrews Myers trial attorneys in the 2025 rankings. This exclusive list of trial attorneys, aged 40 or younger, is compiled by conducting extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients to identify the leading litigators.

Andrew Bender – Andrew has been practicing law since 2012 and leads the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. Breton Rycroft – Bret Rycroft is a distinguished litigator specializing in complex real estate, business, and construction disputes. Board Certified in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Bret brings unparalleled expertise to complex disputes across Texas state and federal courts.
