Bison Building Materials was established in 1962 within a small, family-owned retail store and lumber shed in Houston, Texas. Over the course of the next four decades, it quickly grew to become one of Texas’ single largest independent suppliers of lumber, full service millwork and other value added products with distribution throughout a four state region. Following an acquisition in 2010, Bison, now a Stock Building Supply company, remains focused on its key customer base that includes high volume production builders, custom builders, multi-family builders, light commercial builders and the associated trades throughout the Greater Houston area and Beaumont.
Since 2007, Andrews Myers has assisted Bison, A Stock Building Company, and its credit department in matters involving regional contract negotiations, collections, lien foreclosures and securing removables on construction projects of all sizes.
