Andrews Myers’ Houston office recently relocated to the two top floors at 1885 Saint James Place, located near the Galleria area of Houston, Texas. Our firm now occupies the 14th and 15th floors of this newly built professional building. When determining where to plant our roots next, many considerations were evaluated, and this building stood out as the clear front runner.
“We’d been searching for a new location for our growing firm for the better part of a year,” said Patrick Hayes, co-managing shareholder at Andrews Myers. “It was perfect timing that our long-time client and friend Dennis Nelson and The Mission Companies, had partnered with another long-time client and friend, Tellepsen Builders, to develop 1885 St. James and that the building became available within our lease window. It’s an exceptional property and we are excited to be the anchor tenant there.”
Saint James Place is a 165,000 square-foot boutique office building that is located just south of the notable Tanglewood neighborhood. The building features several upscale spaces, with nine total floors of office space directly above six floors of parking and a wide variety of amenities that include a fitness center, conference hub, food service, on-site security and in-building parking for employees, among other amenities.
We are incredibly excited about our new space and have been settling in quite well. Our new office features modern aesthetics and expansive views that both our team and clients will enjoy. Check out more below!
