HOUSTON, TX (October 22, 2020) —At a live-streamed, virtual event hosted by the Houston Business Journal, Houston companies learned where they rank as the best places to work in the city. Andrews Myers was NUMBER 1 on the list of mid-size companies with 50 to 99 employees. Up from last year’s number 2 ranking. This annual list recognizes companies headquartered in the Houston area that demonstrate a positive company culture and employee appreciation.
There were over 100 companies honored this year, each scored and ranked based on criteria including employee engagement, benefits, corporate culture and amenities. The live stream event announced each company in order of their rank and company size. To keep the energy of their live luncheons from years past, the show took periodic dance breaks featuring videos from the honorees. Naturally, the Andrews Myers team celebrated with their own celebratory dance.
