Andrew Kidda’s practice is devoted to commercial real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.

Andrew first joined the firm as a summer law clerk in 2022, and continued clerking with the commercial real estate practice group through 2023. During that time he gained experience in preparing documents required for loan closings, assisted with Condominium Information Statements and other related documents for a luxury high-rise development, and drafted agreements for multiple business entities.
