Andrew Scott’s practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners on a variety of construction related issues including litigation, contract negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, where he managed a civil docket in both state and federal court. Prior to obtaining his law degree at Texas Tech, Andrew was a project engineer for a regional residential and commercial contractor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
