Prior to joining the firm, Katy served as a legal intern with EMS USA Holdings, a pipeline maintenance, construction, measurement and automation, and integrity services provider.

  • Represent third-party defendants in construction defect cases throughout Texas
  • Assisted in representation of third-party contractor in litigation and settlement negotiations regarding a multi-million dollar condominium project
