Lauren Scroggs’ practice focuses on advocating for general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners in various capacities, including litigation, negotiations, contract review, and appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served a one-year term as a law clerk to Justice Eva Guzman at the Supreme Court of Texas. During law school, Lauren served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gray H. Miller and the Honorable John D. Rainey in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

- Represent owner, general contractor, subcontractor, and supplier clients in a variety of litigation matters including defense and prosecution of breach of contract, lien, and defect claims
